Paladin International and its Founder, Daniel Reid
Paladin is
an international business development, negotiations, crisis and risk management consulting firm. Our
negotiations side specializes in new country entry facilitation, contract and joint venture negotiations,
business development, government liaison, and international business
problem solving. Paladin
also teaches international business and negotiations for Colorado State University and designs in-house negotiations courses for corporations
and government entities. The Special Operations Branch provides risk assessment, crisis management planning and solutions as well as security services including audits and threat mitigation oversight.
It also teaches executive awareness and provides facilitation for protection of company personnel and
assets in high-risk areas throughout the world.
Paladin was

Managed asset issues in the UK for a large Canadian oil and gas company upon acquisition of a similar diverse company. Responsibilities included negotiations and mediation of contracts, sales of assets and security matters in Albania, Algeria, Argentina, Falkland Islands, Ivory Coast, Libya, Mongolia, North Sea, Romania, Syria and Yemen
Designed security and travel policy for a substantial independent oil and gas company in Algeria, Yemen and other high risk areas
Performed security audit for a major oil and gas company in Algeria
Teach negotiations, International business and crisis planning and management for Colorado State University
